Claudia called the police from the state she was in, but because this was a different area code, she needed to wait to be transferred to her local police station to report what was going on. The entire time all she could think about was how upset she was at herself for trusting J’Ann.
Clearly, J’Ann was not capable at all to care for Ava, and her worst nightmare was coming to life. All the terrible flashbacks of her losing her first daughter Janelle were racing through her mind. Claudia was on the verge of tears when she looked at the photo just one more time.
